Information on the live scientific dashboard
The Word Cloud presents a summary of data collected in the COPP-ECLIPS study. Every two weeks a survey is sent out to pediatricians/researchers at multiple hospitals throughout the Netherlands in order to capture (new) emerging infectious and para-infectious diseases in children.
Collected data include:
- (Para-)Infectious diseases (ICD11 code)
- Reason for reporting this disease (increase incidence/severity)
- Hospital of pediatricians/researchers
- Estimated count of disease within last 2 weeks
- Sex, age (stratified), mortality, location of visit within hospital
Weighing of disease in Word Cloud is based on disease count and time of survey completion.
Only diseases that occurred in more than 1 patient are shown. Free text diseases (not in ICD11) are very helpful, but will not be used in the generation of the Word Cloud.
